MCP has a really good and simple UI, so you can easy update, add , delete and re-order menu position, you can also drag menu items from group-to-group, item-to-item ..


All options has tool-tip information, so you can easy to understand what does it mean.
MCP has 6 special options which you must know them when create new menu item:

Featured Option 1: Drag and Drop Panel:

Let check the list below for menu items link types:
menu_item_type

  • CMS Page: link to a CMS page
  • Category Page: link to category page with Auto Show Subcategory option
  • Product Page: link to a special product page, required product ID
  • Custom Url: link to any custom url with syntax http:// or https://
  • Alias: no link to any thing, just a hastag href=”#”
  • Seperator Line : a seperator line, no link available.
  • Static Block: Embed a static block as content, only available for first menu level.
  • My Account: link to Account Dashboard page
  • My Cart: link to shopping cart page
  • My Wishlist: link to My Wishlist page
  • Checkout: Link to default checkout page
  • Login: link to login page
  • Logout: Logout action
  • Register: link to register page
  • Contact Us: link to contact us page

Featured Option 3: Auto Show Subcategory

This option depend on menu link type is Category page. It will auto show all sub category items of current selected category in 1 column layout. So you will not need to manual create sub menu items.
