1. How and when can I download the product after purchase from Magebay Store?

After the payment process you can instantly download the product from the Customer Area section.

In addition, we will send you an email receipt with all order and download information, so you can check back any time in the future.

2. What is considered as domain when I want to get support for it?

Domain is everything you see between “http://” and “/…”.

For example:

“http://dev.yourdomain.com” and “http://yourdomain.com” are 2 different domains.
“http://yourdomain.com” and “http://yourdomain.com/dev/” are considered as 1 domain.
“http://www.yourdomain.com” and “http://yourdomain.com” are considered as 1 domain.

You will got an email with license key if the module need to active by license key.

You can download the latest version of the product in the Customer Area section. You can download new updates for LIFETIME
